For this reason, all service bookings and course purchases are final and non-refundable once paid and confirmed.

• Payment made for online design courses or training sessions

• Client unavailability or missed appointments

• Change of mind after booking confirmation

• Delay caused by the client (approval delays, site access issues, rescheduling beyond allowed period)

• Partial work completion or dissatisfaction due to preference changes after the project has started

Once a booking is confirmed or a course is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Rescheduling Instead of Refund

Even though we do not offer refunds, we provide rescheduling support for eligible cases.

• Updated session timing

• Alternative appointment slot

Rescheduling is subject to:

Projects already in execution may have limited or no rescheduling flexibility.

3. Attach any relevant evidence if applicable (screenshots, proof of error, etc.)

Our team will review it and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
