Over 2 intense days, you see exactly how full-scale makeovers actually run—step by step, on ground. You interact directly with us as mentors, walk through an ongoing or completed makeover project, and understand why each decision was made: layout, theme, colours, materials, lighting, decor and budget control. You don’t just see the “after” photos; you understand the mess, challenges and problem-solving that happens in between. We also take you into the practical side of execution—how we talk to clients, how we coordinate with contractors and vendors, and how we handle changes, delays and last-minute issues. This is built fully from our own 6+ years of experience working across homes and business spaces, including celebrity projects in Hyderabad.

This 2-day advanced live session is best suited for people who already understand the basics—either through our Foundation course or through their own experience—and now want to bridge the gap between theory and real execution. The focus here is learning by observing and asking: you get to see site conditions, material samples, vendor interactions and on-ground decisions in real time. You’ll understand how to convert a client brief into a workable plan, how to phase work so life can still go on in the space, and how to keep design quality high while staying practical about budgets and timelines.
